We all know of companies have something very special going for them—a power of attraction, a kind of magnetism that makes people want to work for them, buy from them, sell to them, wear their t-shirts, read books about them, and, yes, attend the conferences they sponsor. In his book Small Giants: Companies That Choose To Be Great Instead of Big, Bo Burlingham dubbed this magical quality “mojo,” which he defined as the organizational equivalent of charisma. Now some of these companies have banded together to form a global community of businesses in pursuit of mojo. In this session, you’ll hear from four of their leaders and find out more about the Small Giants Community, including how—and why—to join.
