Whimsy is defined as: 1) An impulsive notion, an idea that has no immediately obvious reason to exist and 2) the quality of being playfully humorous, especially in an endearing way.  Mark VanDeWege of Anthony Wilder Design Build says, “Our company owns that word!” Few industries have faced bigger challenges than those presented to the home building/remodeling industry by the difficult economic environment of the past year.  Yet Anthony Wilder Design Build has met those challenges not only head on but with a touch of whimsy.  In this session, Mark, the company’s general manager, and their coach Bill Fotch will share the exceptional processes and tools they have used to engage their team to build lasting relationships with their customers and drive both short-term and long-term success.
