In these unprecedented times, can your people tell you accurately if they will hit their monthly financial targets, let alone set annual sales targets?   Are you told “forecasting” is just too complicated to be accurate?  It is true; forecasting is one of the most difficult practices of the ‘Game’ to learn to do well. But, nonetheless, accurate forecasting is where it ALL begins and is a critical component to ‘playing the game’.

Forecasting starts with the development of the annual sales plan; then must be structured into the monthly financial plan. Finally, we ask our employees in the weekly huddles to accurately forecast to the monthly plan. In this session, you will learn the ‘basic principles’ of creating an accurate annual, monthly and weekly huddle forecasts and how to develop these CRITICAL skills in your organization.
